Hiring Process
We recruit developers from community or technical schools such as Trybe in Brazil. Candidates will be required to complete an asynchronous test that takes one week. Upon passing the test, we will schedule a coding interview with one of our architects. After the coding interview, we will provide an economic proposal. Finally, candidates will have a culture interview to determine the best fit within the Lexart team.
