Objetive

“Go to open source” is an initiative by Lexart for developers worldwide to collaborate on management products for software houses.

With the vision of making them more efficient and developer-friendly. In 2024, we are recruiting developers interested in collaborating so that by the end of 2024, we can release the following products: Tracking, Cube, Check-in/brb open source publicly.

All product functionalities will be divided into bounties with their respective prices (ranging from $50 to $500).

Requirements and selection

Requirements
>
More than 3 open projects on Github with activity of less than 1 month of commits.

>
Open projects associated with the stack: JavaScript and/or PHP.

>
At least 1 of the projects must have unit tests.

>
Availability of at least 1 hour per week for an open source sync (in English) with the team (optional).

>
Desire to build the future of software house management.

Interview of 30 minutes to meet the Dev

The assigned range after being accepted into the program must be displayed on your LinkedIn profile.

Onboarding

  • Signing a contract with Lexart for NDA (an NDA will be signed at this pre-release stage).
  • Joining Lexart’s Discord.
  • Accepting the invitation for the weekly Open Source Sync (optional).
  • A Google Sheet with bounties based on the 2024 roadmap will be emailed.
  • A rank will be assigned based on the open source career plan of the program.
  • Assigning rank on LinkedIn profile.

  • Once approved, a bank transfer or PayPal payment will be sent.
  • All bounties will have a maximum resolution date before the Lexart maintainer team resolves them.
