In Lexart Labs S.R.L projects, no personal data of its clients is stored; in most cases it only works with information in transit with the express authorization of the clients depending on the project.

The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 30 of Law N° 18. 331 (Personal Data Protection Law) that regulates the Provision of computerized personal data services, as established in Law N° 19. 920 (General Law of Private International Law) and the international treaties ratified by Uruguay.
